This - innovation features transmission and absorption in one product. Responsible for transmission is the heavy mate-rial (e.g. stones), for absorption the lightweight material – a first class noise protection, which will also meet aesthetic and optic demands.
In the meantime this noise protection wall is used by the rail-way company and in cities (Swiss capital Bern) as a modernarchitectural element.

Noise absorption of more than 28 db is no problem!

(The - Wall has been tested by EMPA according tostandard EN 20354.)

• Construction:
  RUBO-Stone basket with internal partition 20 cm behind the front side and foam glass gravel in front.
• Serviceable life:
  The wire mesh used is subjected to ongoing quality tests re-garding the alloy from aluminium and zinc, salt spray test, pull, shear off and coiling tests by EMPA. The total product has an expected life span of more than 50 years.
• Acoustics:
  The -  filling achieves very good results according to EMPA- test report. From a thickness of 20 cm, the absorption valuesrequired are achieved without any problems.The sound insulation value is surpassed without any problems bythe high weight of the filling.
• Safety:
  Foam glass gravel is incombustible (Class. A1), frost proof,non-ageing, rot proof and unattractive for insects and rodents.
• Economy:
  Little expense in planning, no expensive foundations, assem-bly independent from weather conditions, radiuses and sharp bends can be done without problems.
• Ecology:
  The wall is a combination from stones and (foamed waste glass).
• Aesthetics:
  The elegant and homogeneous structure will give high standing. This is perfectly suited for high value architectonical arrangements.
